No. Conversations stay in your chat tool exactly as today. Chatmello only replaces the button visitors click to start a chat.

Chatmello fails safe. If your chat tool doesn't load, or doesn't open when the pet is clicked, the pet steps aside and your original chat button comes back.

Yes. With most chat tools the pet stays in the corner while the chat is open and closes it on a second click. Where the chat window covers the corner (Intercom and Drift), the pet steps aside until the chat closes.
