Your chat button, brought to life.
Chatmello swaps the boring chat bubble for an animated character in your brand colors. It greets visitors, reacts to them, and opens your existing support chat when they click.
Pick a pet. Make it yours.
This is the real widget running live. Change the character, personality, movement and colors, then click the pet.
This is the real pet, running live. Click it to open the chat.
Same support stack. A much better hello.
Conversations still land in the tool you use today. Your team changes nothing. Chatmello only changes the thing visitors click, and that decides whether they click at all.

Every pet on this page is the real thing, not a picture. Hover one and it notices you.
A personality you can actually see.
Personality changes how your pet greets, idles, thinks and celebrates. It plays a small in-character move every few seconds, so it never looks like a looping GIF.

Start measuringDoes Chatmello replace my chat tool?
No. Your conversations stay in your chat tool (Intercom, Zendesk, Tawk.to, LiveChat and more), exactly as today. Chatmello only replaces the button visitors click to start a chat.
What happens if something breaks?
Chatmello fails safe. If your chat tool doesn't load, or doesn't open when the pet is clicked, the pet steps aside and your original chat button comes back. Visitors can always reach you.
Will it slow down my website?
The script is about 10 KB, loads after your page, fetches only the one character you use, and pauses its animations when the tab is in the background.
Can I try it before signing up?
Yes. Enter your website address above and see a pet on your own site, no account needed.
Is it accessible?
The pet is a real button with a label and keyboard support. People who ask their system for reduced motion get a calm, still pet.
What do you track?
Only whether the pet was shown, clicked, and whether the chat opened, so you can see your stats. Never what visitors type or read.
